Our Story
The Club. was created by Steve Green & Beth Russell, two coaches with a shared vision: to build a welcoming space where people of all abilities can train with confidence, support, and expert guidance.
Both of us come from athletic backgrounds, spending years training, learning, and developing our craft in and out of the gym. What began as our personal dedication to fitness quickly evolved into a passion for helping others unlock their potential.
Steve’s journey took him from competitive training to coaching, building deep experience in strength training, programming, and teaching proper technique.
Beth’s path began through her own transformation and love for training - evolving into a strong desire to help others feel empowered, capable, and confident in their own bodies.
Together, we combined our strengths, knowledge, and coaching styles to create The Club. - a training environment where education, motivation and proper technique come together to deliver real, lasting results.
