A high intensity metabolic conditioning class that combines strength, cardio and functional movements to maximise calorie burn, muscular endurance and overall fitness. Efficient, challenging and adaptable for all levels.

Lift CLUB
Lift CLUB is a strength based class. Teaching how to lift with proper technique, designed to build power, durability, and performance. Each session blends skill development and structured strength work to help you lift confidently, move and perform better

HIIT CLUB
A high intensity interval training session. Improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and metabolism function. All levels encouraged.
